America, Almond Biscotti, this
Italian specialty is not as sweet as a
typical cookie. Its a crunchy and crisp
enough to hold up to dunking into a nice
Porter.
Recommend
A simple but excellent BLT sandwich
focusing on the smokiness of bacon, the
sweetness and acidity of tomatoes and
the crispness of lettuce. Condiments are
considered optional but creamy mayo is
a must.

cow's cheese with tastes ranging from
piccante (sharp) to dolce (sweet &
mild). It is delicious melted with meats.
