Schwarzwalder Kirschtorte, otherwise
known as Black Forest Cherry Cake, is
a treat from southern Germany consisting
of multiple layers of chocolate cake,
whipped cream and luscious cherries.

This spicy Cajun dish has a hot, intensely
flavored seasoning that goes well with
Blackened Snapper and other varieties
of fish as well as chicken or steak.
Contrast
Cheddar that has not been colored orange
(usually with annaot seed) is frequently
labelled as "White Cheddar"
or "Vermont Cheddar". Vermont
Cheddar is the nearest of any North American
cheese to authentic English Cheddar.
